T1 is a full-stack sponsorship and experiences agency—driven by purpose, powered by community.

In a sea of sameness, where brands are fighting to be seen and struggling to be felt, we create bold, unforgettable partnerships and experiences that ignite real communities. From strategic sponsorships to creative activations, we turn big ideas into moments that move people and make an impact.

Because in a world of skips, blocks, and being ignored—we build what lasts: trust, connection, and belonging.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager on the Strategy & Creative (S&C) team, you’re the operational anchor that turns bold ideas into flawless execution. You bring structure, precision, and momentum to every brief, ensuring timelines, budgets, and workflows stay on track so the team can focus on doing their best work.

You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where no two days look the same. You balance structure with flexibility, combining your love for process with a creative problem-solving mindset. Whether you’re managing a complex brand strategy project or an experiential activation brief, you ensure every milestone is clear, every resource is optimized, and every deliverable meets the high standard T1 is known for.

You’ll work closely with a ten-person S&C team, collaborating with account leads, producers, strategists, and creatives to move work from idea to impact.

 Responsibilities:

Workflow Forecasting & Resource Management

  • Plan, allocate, and track resources across all S&C projects, maintaining visibility into priorities and capacity for a 10-person team.

  • Partner with Account and S&C leads to manage bandwidth, reallocate support, and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Engage T1+ freelance partners when additional capacity or specialized expertise is required.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Develop detailed workbacks and cost estimates following briefings, ensuring timelines and budgets are both realistic and efficient.

  • Oversee day-to-day progress across multiple projects, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and communication.

  • Monitor performance in Asana, Float, and financial reports, flagging variances early and resolving roadblocks before they impact delivery.

  • Lead post-project reviews with Account Directors and Creative Directors to identify learnings, efficiencies, and process improvements.

Freelance Coordination

  • Recommend, onboard, and manage freelance talent in collaboration with S&C leads.

  • Maintain an active freelancer database, tracking availability, capabilities, and performance notes.

Process, Training & Quality

  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of standardized S&C processes.

  • Keep process documentation current and share quarterly updates across the team.

  • Organize quarterly training sessions focused on operational excellence and smarter collaboration.

  • Champion quality at every stage, ensuring the team delivers work that’s not only on time and on budget but exceptional in craft and clarity.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Provide weekly project updates highlighting risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.

  • Share monthly time-tracking and capacity reports to identify optimization opportunities and inform forecasting.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, media or advertising agency environment, or an equivalent fast-paced setting with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accountability.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Float, or equivalents.

  • Experienced in working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and account teams.

  • We know great project managers come from different paths, and we value curiosity, care, and collaboration as much as credentials.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Bring structure and calm to complexity, organizing chaos into clear, actionable plans.

  • Balance ownership with collaboration, taking initiative to solve problems before they escalate.

  • Turn process into progress, creating systems and workflows that make great work easier, faster, and more efficient.

  • Collaborate seamlessly across disciplines, building trust through accountability and communication.

  • Are known for operational rigour, sound judgment, and collaborative problem-solving.
