As Rogers Centre unveiled its Outfield District, Schneiders had a chance to go big. We stepped in to evaluate the naming rights opportunity for what became Schneiders Porch. Using deep sponsorship valuation, we assessed its worth across fan engagement, visibility, and brand fit. We then supported strategic negotiations with the Blue Jays to ensure the deal delivered strong value. Finally, we mapped out how the brand could own the space through activation and experience. The result was more than a sign—it became Hot Dog Headquarters and a landmark destination that reinforced Schneiders’ place in Toronto’s ballpark culture.
