With growing interest from brands in supporting Indigenous causes, Indspire needed a way to evaluate and engage the right partners. We developed a full cause marketing strategy designed to generate revenue while protecting mission integrity. At its core was a custom brand fit scorecard, helping Indspire assess alignment with potential collaborators. Combined with a compelling outreach plan and revenue roadmap, this framework empowered Indspire to attract meaningful partnerships rooted in shared values. The result was a new stream of sustainable funding that supported Indigenous students and positioned Indspire as a trusted leader in cause-based brand collaboration.
