Account Supervisor

Job Title: Account Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Vacant, Permanent, Full-Time

Reports To: Vice President

Location: Alberta or Manitoba (Remote)

T1 is a full-stack sponsorship and experiences agency—driven by purpose, powered by community.

In a sea of sameness, where brands are fighting to be seen and struggling to be felt, we create bold, unforgettable partnerships and experiences that ignite real communities. From strategic sponsorships to creative activations, we turn big ideas into moments that move people and make an impact.

Because in a world of skips, blocks, and being ignored—we build what lasts: trust, connection, and belonging.

Role Overview:

As an Account Supervisor at T1, you are a steady hand and a trusted partner, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex experiential and sponsorship programs. You understand how strong client relationships, thoughtful project management, and disciplined execution come together to deliver work that works.

You are comfortable owning programs from brief through delivery, collaborating closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure every detail is planned, aligned, and executed with care. You understand your clients’ businesses, their audiences, and their objectives, and you bring that understanding into how programs are shaped and delivered.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders while also supporting and guiding junior teammates, helping ensure work is delivered with quality, confidence, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Own programs from brief to execution: manage sponsorship and experiential campaigns end to end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are clear and met.

  • Translate client objectives into execution: apply a strong understanding of client goals, audiences, and the marketing mix to ensure programs are relevant, effective, and well integrated.

  • Manage projects with discipline: build and maintain workback schedules, identify milestones and dependencies, and coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep work moving forward.

  • Support financial stewardship: contribute to account planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fee management to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate production and logistics: work closely with producers and partners on estimates, timelines, contracts, permits, insurance, and asset delivery across live events and activations.

  • Lead day-to-day client communication: serve as a primary point of contact on projects, supporting briefings, presentations, and status updates with clarity and confidence.

  • Coach and support teammates: guide junior team members through project work, providing direction, feedback, and support to help them succeed and grow.

  • Apply critical thinking: seek to understand challenges fully, bringing considered solutions forward rather than escalating issues prematurely.

  • Advance how we work: contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working that strengthen delivery across teams and accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in client service within a marketing, sponsorship, experiential, or integrated agency environment.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and campaigns across multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of experiential marketing, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns.

  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across experiential, digital, media, and production partners.

  • Experience supporting budgets, estimates, and financial tracking across programs, with the ability to deliver work on time and within budget.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience supporting, coaching, or mentoring junior team members.

  • Willingness to travel and be on-site for events and activations, including occasional evenings and weekends.

  • We know strong account leaders come from different paths. If you bring sound judgement, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering great work, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement listed above.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Bring structure and calm to fast-moving programs, helping teams and clients stay aligned and focused.

  • Enjoy translating strategy and objectives into clear plans and well-executed experiences.

  • Collaborate naturally across teams and disciplines, building trust through reliability, communication, and follow-through.

  • Balance attention to detail with a big-picture view of how programs come together.

  • Care about creating meaningful experiences for real people, not just delivering against a checklist.

At T1, you will enjoy:

  • Base salary: $60,000–$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

  • Annual salary reviews

  • Competitive, employer-paid benefits package

  • Three weeks of paid vacation

  • 10 “T1” days – Hint: extra-long, long weekends

  • Having the day to yourself on your birthday

  • Flexible work from home options

  • Competitive benefits package

  • Opportunities for your continued learning and development

  • Annual salary reviews

  • Continuous real-time feedback on your development and progress
