In-field Intern (Calgary home-base)

Job Title: Internship

Terms of Employment: Full-time Internship (April-June)
Location: Remote/Hybrid

Do you love seeing a plan come to life? Are you just as comfortable behind a laptop building timelines as you are on site leading a team at a live event? The Infield Intern role is built for someone who wants to understand the complete picture. Working in the best of both worlds, you will collaborate remotely with the Client Engagement team while traveling across Western Canada to bring sponsorships and partnered brand activations to life.

This role supports the day to day management of client accounts while also playing a key role in on-site execution. From early stage ideation and planning, to live event delivery, you will help shape how a brand’s story is experienced at highly attended events. The In-field Intern will assist in developing workback schedules, coordinating vendors and logistics, supporting client communication, and ensuring all program elements are executed seamlessly.

On site, you will help lead brand ambassadors, oversee activation setup and breakdown, and drive performance metrics across multiple events. Success in this role requires strong organization, the ability to multitask across several moving pieces, and clear communication within both remote and in person teams. A willingness to travel and be on the road, work flexible hours, and thrive in fast paced environments is essential.
