Role Overview:
At T1, the ideal Account Coordinator is passionate about integrated marketing campaigns, specializing in partnerships and activations. They play a key role in bringing campaigns to life by coordinating all aspects of the campaign development, production, and execution. They enjoy working collaboratively with teams, managing Brand Ambassadors, being on-site at events, and embracing opportunities to travel throughout Canada.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate possesses strong presentation and communication skills, excels at building relationships, and has a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and with precision. They are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with their manager, they help coordinate meeting agendas, status reports, contact reports, workback schedules, and project deliverables, while ensuring projects remain organized and on track through tools such as Asana.
Client Management: Respond to client requests in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, polished, and client-ready deliverables. Attends and actively participates in weekly status meetings, both in person and virtually.
Financial Management: Assist with vendor/partner quotes and following up with issuing purchase orders and budget tracking.
People and Relationship Management: Embodies T1’s value of “Winning as 1” by fostering strong collaboration with their direct team and across all agency functions. Plays a critical role in training, managing, and mentoring our team of in-field Brand Ambassadors, ensuring every program is executed flawlessly.
Marketing & Sponsorship Acumen: Supports in the development of integrated marketing campaigns through research, insights, and the creation of concept and activation plans. Demonstrates an understanding of program metrics, proactively monitoring performance throughout execution and identifying opportunities to optimize results while programs are in progress. Collaborates cross-functionally to gather key learnings, results, and develop comprehensive post-campaign reports that showcase results and recommendations for future initiatives.

A dedicated individual with a genuine passion for their clients’ business.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational, planning, process, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable attending events and working in-field as required. Note: this may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Base salary: $40,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for discretional annual bonus
